This year, the Western Conference Annual Conference will look a little different, and we’re excited about the opportunity it creates for our ministry leaders to gather in a new location and connect with the broader Evangelical Church family.
Each year, Western Conference pastors and ministry leaders come together for Annual Conference to worship, connect, conduct the business of the Conference, and look ahead to what God is doing through our churches and ministries.
For 2026, we’re taking Annual Conference to Oregon!
Our one-day Western Conference Annual Conference will be held immediately prior to the Evangelical Church General Conference. At the same location, the Pacific Conference will hold its own Annual Conference before both Conferences come together for our denomination-wide General Conference.
Bringing these gatherings together creates one unified opportunity for worship, fellowship, leadership, and connection, while making travel and planning simpler for those attending both Annual Conference and General Conference.

Western Conference ministry leaders will gather for a dedicated day focused specifically on the life and ministry of our Conference. Together, we’ll celebrate what God is doing across the Western Conference, hear important updates, conduct Conference business, and prepare for the year ahead.
Then, we’ll join our brothers and sisters from the Pacific Conference as we come together for General Conference 2026, a denomination-wide gathering centered on encouragement, equipping, connection, and our shared mission as the Evangelical Church.
