As the founder of Gravitas Leadership Institute and HutchCoaching.com, he equips individuals and leaders to overcome hidden barriers and grow in character, competence, and faith. In 38 Septembers: From Hidden Roots to Sacred Reunion, Eric shares his deeply personal journey of adoption and reunion, offering a testimony of redemption shaped by the steadfast love of God. He and his wife, Shari, have been married since 1989 and enjoy life in Montana with their four sons, three grandsons, and the hope of a granddaughter to come.
