Greetings EC Pastors and Leaders,
We hope that you and your Church had a fantastic Christmas season and a wonderful New Year. As you know, the new year gives us an opportunity to compile the previous year's statistics and report those to the Conferences. While it may not seem like a significant task, these statistics are beneficial for many reasons to both the Conferences and to our Local Churches.
First, the Statistical Reporting Form allows your Conference Superintendent to get a snapshot of what is happening within your Church, and provides a reference for his support to you, your Church, and its leaders. In a way, your Statistical Report is like a diagnostic report on your vehicle, which helps the mechanic validate the areas that are working properly but also help identify areas that may be of concern.
Along with this, we’ve also developed a tool called “The Church Health Snapshot” which takes your Statistical Report, combines it with your previous years reporting, and gives you a simple Church Health report which identifies important trends and benchmarks that can help you and your leaders to see what is happening within your Church, as well as how that compares with other Churches within your Conference.
In order to provide this Snapshot to your Church as quickly as possible so that it can reflect as closely as possible to your present reality, we’d appreciate if you could fill out this simple reporting form by no later than January 31st, 2026. It should only take a few minutes of time investment, but the value to you and your Church may be invaluable. You can find the form right here.
