The Fun Trailer West can be picked up from Faith E church on the first day of your reservation. You do not need to stop in at the church office. The trailer is parked next to the garage in the far corner of the church parking lot. The trailer is black and is the only trailer with two doors. The combination to the locks on the trailer will be emailed to you several days before your scheduled pick up day. A trailer hitch is kept inside the trailer for your use. A 1/2 ton vehicle is adequate for a short trip, but a 3/4 ton is recommended for longer trips on the freeway.
It's important that the equipment be treated with care and returned in the same condition as when you received it. Please return the trailer to the same parking spot along the garage.
A $200 deposit check (made to Western Conference) should be mailed to Faith E Church, 3145 Sweet Water Drive, Billings, MT, 59102, Attn: Brent Nymeyer. Please send your deposit check once your reservation has been approved.
Once the Fun Trailer is returned and it is determined that everything is in good condition and items are stored appropriately in the trailer, your deposit check will be shredded. If the trailer is not in good condition, your deposit will be kept to replace broken equipment or pay for the time spent to reorganize the trailer - according to the Board of Student Ministry's policy.
